Now open in FW, this cozy shop/cafe runs cheeses including Nancy's Hudson Valley Camembert, "home grown" Virginia Grayson, and ATX's Pure Luck Hopelessly Bleu and Eden Brie, as well as non-dairy like a Brazos Valley horseradish pecan cheddar & prosciutto frittata, and spinach bisque w/ gruyere toast, shiitakes, and the most self-fulfilling of all food prophecies, lardons.
