Starting tomorrow the Guggenheim's much-buzzed modern-American joint's unleashing dinner service, highlighted by Colorado rack of lamb w/ beet & sheep cheese gnocchi; pan seared Alaskan halibut w/ manila clams and prosciutto; and apple bacon jus'd, violet-mustard-sided roast suckling pig -- eat Gropius amounts, and you'll end up as big as a Bauhaus.
