Thanksgiving Catering

Feign in-kitchen awesomeness by having the Ritz-Carlton discreetly chef up a four-course turkey day feast serving 6-8 peeps and including porcini and sunchoke soup; a harvest fall salad (frisse, spinach, endive, cranberries, spiced pecans, pumpkin seed vinaigrette); range rosemary corn stuffing; roasted sweet & Yukon potato mash w/ truffles; fall veggies; roasted tom turkey w/ giblet gravy; and to top it all off, a pumpkin pie with fresh cream, also what they called Clapton's band when he used to talk back to his mom a lot.
