Finally opening today after weeks of delays, this new cafe/market/wine bar (from the dude behind Fraiche) aims to be like the multi-use spots in Europe, with shelves stocked w/ lemon-infused olive oils & housemade carbonara sauce; a marble wine bar w/ rotating vino & cheese/charcuterie platters; and a seated breakfast/lunch/dinner area serving up Franco-deliciousness like Hollandaise'd eggs Florentine, pig trotters w/ red wine vinaigrette, and a tartine w/ arugula, sundried tomato, 36-month-aged ham bellota, & baby beets, aka Dr. Dre's latest attempt to capture a new market demographic.
