Rich 'n chewy Liege waffles on Market

From the dudes behind Le Garage in Sausalito, L'Appart's a casual French-staurant with sophisticated grub like Muscovy duck breast with huckleberry verjus gastrique, and Berkshire pork rillette with homemade aprium jam. They've got 70 or so French wines by the bottle (25 by the glass) and some nice brews like Gavroche Golden Ale from France and Belgian Straffe Hendrik Triple that's made in Bruges, and characterized by bold flavor and being on HBO far too often.
