Soft-open this weekend, this offshoot of theFwa Chelsea original has a similarly low-lit space decked w/ moodily rustic varnished wood, where they're offering "sear it yourself" Wagyu steak, not recommended for the habitually lazy. They're also serving up blackened butterfish w/ wasabi guacamole, and classics like soft-shell crab spider rolls and avocado-prawn dragon rolls.
