Hit Disco Bistro this Saturday for a junglefowl feast cooked up by Gizzi Erskine, who aims to "fulfill your basest deep-fried desires" with a menu of chicken-fried popcorn, fried chicken skin, buttermilk fried chicken wings (sticky/ Korean/ BBQ), and fried chicken rolls, made by double-frying chicken thighs and pairing them w/ avocado, latkes & chipotle. And if you're like "Yeah, but the fries probably aren't cooked in chicken fat", you're dumb. They are.
