East meets west meets your belly

Bringing together top-drawer noodle-ry Tonkotsu, and the deliciously western Disco Bistro next Friday, TTD'll be a one-night-only cross-culture collab, seeing an inventively hybridized menu featuring yuzu Tom Collins, "rock lobsta" gyoza, seaweed crackers, and some anglo-fied ramen w/ haddock, spinach, and duck egg named the "Smokey London" (which it certainly used to be until they bandit).
