Popcorn pheasant in Brixton

Now open in Brixton, Salon's light space is filled by wood tables & mismatched furniture, while the plates are generously piled with daily changing, inventive items like duck hearts w/ celeriac, razor clams w/ Sobrasada (a chorizo-like cured meat), and popcorn pheasant that sadly got butchered before getting its first butter-kiss.
