An award winner's new seafood spot

Formerly the Hideaway, this poolside bistro at the Oceana looks a lot like the Malibu Sands Beach Club where the Saved By The Bell kids took summer jobs and Kelly got hit on by an 11yr-old. The kitchen's helmed by the Michelin-starred Mellise guy, and features stuff that swam once, i.e. crispy John Dory w/ carrots/coriander, and prawns sauteed w/ dry vermouth for a little extra Kapowski.
