A gastropub in the heart of Culver City

Classing up the old Fraiche spot, Public School 310's a gastropub sister to the similarly named happy hour bar (Public School 612) with 70% more dishes and a totally on-theme look full of microscopes, math problems, and books

These are tater tots... that're fried... after being infused with bacon

And this is brick-roasted jidori chicken... that's not fried... or infused with bacon... but somehow still pretty good

Short ribs, braised in Dragoons Irish Stout, sure to make you non-specifically ethnic stout

The 10-seat bar has 20 beers on tap (get the special Belgian one (Kwak) and they'll serve it in those wooden handle-assisted glasses on the second shelf) and a handful of school-themed craft cocktails like the Juice Box: a combination of apple, cinnamon, Appleton rum, and an impossible-to-insert straw

As for dessert: torch-seared lemon meringue served in a mason jar. Classy huh?
