For one month only, this usually fries-topped-with-crazy-stuff truck's expanding into other food genres, with a week each of soups (miso w/ short ribs), then sandwiches (Italian sausage w/ deep-fried Brussels sprouts), then quesadillas (fried catfish), and finally wings (Henrik Zetterberg).
