Bourbon and caramel milkshakes. You're welcome.

Glistening like an old-school diner with walls covered in white subway tiles (also adorning the orange-topped counter) and shiny white two-tops, LTB's the result of a friendship started when Icelandic volcano activity stranded an NYC restaurateur in France with an Amagansett wine/spirits purveyor. Grub includes homemade chili, apple-smoked baby backs, and burgers from the Tex-Mex to the Mecox (cheddar/bacon/shrooms), while hooch is covered by five drafts, local vino, signature 'tails, and adult shakes like the bourbon/caramel/vanilla ice cream Daisy Dukes (don't consume too many, or nobody'll come near your Boss Hog).
