Abetted by live country/bluegrass and plenty 'o brew, the "Woodstock of Edible Animals" is finally opening to the public, with locally-sourced meats prepared by 30+ of the city's most carnivore-friendly restos (R.U.B., Hill Country...the little owl) plus top notch BBQ squads including the world champion I-Que Team, who apparently don't care there's no "i" in "proteam".
