High-class dining in Coral Gables

If you've heard about The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, you probably know it's a super-old high-class historical landmark in FL. You probably don't know that Al Capone had a two-floor suite there, or that the hotel's allegedly haunted by some gangster named Fatty who got shot on the 13th floor. Oh... and the restaurant at The Biltmore? It's actually called Fontana, and you're definitely gonna want to stop by for their famously over-the-top Sunday champagne brunch, where you'll feast on caviar, herb-rubbed boneless leg of lamb, fresh pastas, an extensive raw bar, and, of course, the necessary libations to wash it all down.
