Six weeks after $35 million made The Gale & Regent into a 1940s-style hotel (worth noting: staycationing was also HUGE during the war), Dolce has taken over the two-level lobby to serve nicely affordable Italian classics amidst marble communal tables, plush grey leather lounges, black & white family portraits, and a mozzarella bar.
