Al fresco, gourmet Greek in Midtown

Outdoor eating space at Kouzina

Promising the feeling of Mykonos without the significantly weirder feeling that happens every time the fat dude in the Speedo walks by, Greek nightclub dons Makis Paliouras and Yiannis Sotiropoulos opened Kouzina, where you can enjoy their spin on Greek food in an airy outdoor space lined with tall hedges and walls of white shutters

The interior seats 40, and is decorated with wooden paddles, just in case "No More Mr. Nice Guy" comes on and you spot some freshmen walking by

Their gourmet twists aren't videos of Paul Prudhomme doing a funny dance, but instead stuff like this beet salad with walnut oil, pomegranate vinaigrette, and the best salad garnish ever: ravioli stuffed with goat cheese mousse

This calamari basil pesto comes topped with crunchy, shredded kataifi phyllo

The manouri cheese phyllo envelope gets topped with sesame seeds and wild mountain honey, which Steve Miller still seems to think you don’t even know about, although you totally do now. Other things you should know about: slow-roasted pork rib and seafood orzo

Need a drink after all those Steve Miller jokes? The restaurant and bar stay open until 1a, and feature a DJ

As there's no hard stuff at Kouzina, their specialty cocktails are all crafted from bases of wine and sake. This one’s a dry sake mojito, with lime, mint, and cranberry

With passionfruit, vanilla, and lime, here's the Pornstar Sake, which is also the nickname of the Speedo dude, minus "Sake".
