Pitchfork Brewing's the brainchild of a home-brewer of 20yrs, and launches with an arsenal that includes the APA Pitchfork Pale, the four-malted witbier Outwitted, and a citra-hopped IPA, American Gothic. One Two Three Sushi

DT Mpls's to-go sushi spot from the cats behind Masu Sushi y Robata's getting a sushi-on-the-cheap brother in Dinkytown, where they'll have all the same sushi offerings as the DT spot, plus nigiri, short rib ramen, rice bowls, beer, and sake. The prices are pretty much insane, with sake bombs going for $1.99
Rojo Mexican Grill

The crew behind Rojo Mexican in the West End just opened locale numero dos (see what we did there?) in the Southdale Center… and totally went crazy with the new name. Aside from approximately six miles of Hwy 100, the main thing separating Rojo and Rojo is that the Grill's rocking a twice-as-extensive tequila bar. Set your peepers upon that tequila list
