New chef = Midwest meets Mediterranean menu

FireLake's wrangled a farm-to-table pioneer from Bayport Cookery to dish Midwest-meets-Mediterranean like Webster City Striped Bass (farm-raised & mesquite grilled), rotisserie Wild Acres half-duckling in lingonberry sauce, and a lamb pastrami melt about which not even Scrooge would say "bahhhh humbug".
