The most critically acclaimed joint in the Midtown Global Market, Left Handed has upped the stakes on their takeaway Cali-style Asian nosh with the addition of a four-seat-only ramen bar that'll feature abura tsukemen ramen (shoyu dashi broth, braised pork belly, soft-poached egg, noodles dressed with pork fat) and spicy miso udon (short rib, kimchi, soft-poached egg, bean sprouts).
