Nacho Mama's Mexican Grill

Marrying into a family brings you lots of things, like eccentric uncles, bros-in-law to pal around with, and two more adults at whom you can scream "you're not the boss of me!!!", even though technically, pops-in-law is your Arby's night manager. For a food truck benefiting from marrying Mexican, find Nacho Mama's Mexican Grill food truck

Run by a New York guy who became obsessed with cooking at age 10 and later married into a family seriously steeped in Mexi-food know-how, NM's plating traditional south-of-the-border eats plus some deliciously deadly experiments, and's decorated with a buxom hottie in a sombrero and a Southwest landscape with thorny cacti, because horny cacti are generally just pricks. For apps and sides it's innovative stuff like Buffalo Queso Sticks (filled w/ spicy jack & blue cheese), Slammed Fries (skin-on spuds soaked in vinegar and fried), and an audaciously unhealthy number with bacon & cream cheese wrapped in dough before being deep fried, called the Fat Face, also the Batman Forever villain's name before Tommy Lee Jones beat out Tommy Lasorda. For the main event it's tacos loaded with spiced ground beef, fried grouper, pulled chicken (made from thigh meat for extra juiciness), and carnitas from a recipe the in-laws' ancestors served to Pancho Villa, plus Pequenos like mini quesadillas/tacos and sliders, all with toppings including sour cream, guac, and a mayo called Mama's Hot & Smokey, although one wonders how the first could hold true if the second one does.

Mama's also stocking desserts like churros, ChaCha's Occasional Cookies (chocolate chunk & walnut "made when she feels like it"), and sweet fried sugar & cinnamon tortilla chips called Sugar Mamas -- also the one "new family member" who really is the boss of you.
