Known for his nefarious business practices, outlandish pasta prices ($275/plate!), and supposed descendance from a line of vampires, Manhattan restaurant Nello Balan just got his blood-sucking hands on what's he claims to be the world's largest truffle. The source of the truffle remains unclear, but the NY Post reports that the succulent fungus clocked in at four pounds, and that rather than dole it out at his restaurants, Nello flipped it for $95k to Russian oligarch Vladimir Potanin. It's not nyet known which dish he'll eat with the truffle.
