The Vulgar Chef has already introduced bacon to Italian staples, most notably in the all-powerful bacon cannoli. But it appears he's moving through the rest of the classics with his latest invention, a "lasagna" made of mac 'n cheese and oh-so-many bacon weaves.
For his recipe, the Vulgar Chef made four bacon weaves with six strips apiece to serve as the ground beef substitute and dumped out traditional pasta for layers of mac. He also added some red sauce to the mix, plus extra cheese on top to really drive this sucker home. We'd say it's the best bacon lasagna we've ever seen, but our hearts, minds, and estates still belong to this breakfast stack.
