Because dreaming up a 35% ABV "ice-distilled beer" just wasn't enough, the deranged Scotsmen at BrewDog are one-upping themselves with a limited-run burger so steeped in booze, it requires an ID to order. For real.
The BrewBurger is infused with three BrewDog beers: their amber 5AM Saint gets glazed on the bacon, Punk IPA goes into the beer-fried onions, and their cask-aged imperial stout Paradox gets mixed into the BBQ reduction. There's also a boozeless beef patty and Comte cheese on this thing, but you can up the ABV even further by pairing it with the Bourbon Baby, a barrel-aged baby Scotch ale made specially for this dish. The burger's available at the UK's Honest Burger chain from March 3 'til April 2, so dust off your passport for an important "business trip" abroad asap.
