It's been a good year for the dude at Taco Bell R&D who throws darts at a list of brands to determine what their next collaboration will be. There've been a bunch of successes: Snapple, Doritos, Cinnabon, Starburst... and now, there's a new kid on the block, in the form of Cap'n Crunch Delights donut holes. Which are, of course, filled with cereal milk icing.
These red nuggets of Crunch Berries-inspired goodness are dusted with crushed Cap'n Crunch and filled with a warm, sweet icing reminiscent of what's left in your bowl after all the cereal's been devoured. The sugary dough itself is a pinkish-red hue, because who would want to eat blue, green, or purple donuts? (We would -- TAKE NOTE, R&D GUY!)
While these all-day dessert/breakfast items are only being sold in Bakersfield, CA for the time being, they'll hopefully be filling shelves and stomachs throughout the rest of the country after everyone realizes that they're what's been missing from their lives.
