Here's a YouTube channel dedicated to cheese

You probably have a lot of questions about cheese, such as: how is it made? Where can I get it? Do you have any? And why are you being so defensive?

Well, there's finally a resource you can use to find answers to at least half of those, and it's an entire YouTube channel dedicated to cheese. Channel Cheese TV, as it's known, has a variety of videos all about the craft of making cheese, different types of the stuff, and how to talk to your cheesemonger about getting the proverbial cream (whey?) of the crop. It's kind of perfect, and it's hosted by Alison Brien, whose name has one extra letter at the end.

In addition, it'll show you how they break open a gigantic wheel of Parmesan. Yeah. It's not made in wedge form, you doofus. See below:
