And if you've ever seen the awesome YouTube series "Real Actors Read Yelp", you know these nuanced reviews are even more hilarious when read aloud. That's why Eater decided to take it a step further by asking chefs at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen to read reviews of their own restos. How'd it go?
