If you've ever been on Yelp, you know that phrases like "ghetto trailer kitchen where the cooks are encouraged to shave their balls on the prep counter" get thrown around like so many footballs at Marcia Brady's nose. And if you've ever seen the awesome YouTube series "Real Actors Read Yelp", you know these nuanced reviews are even more hilarious when read aloud. That's why Eater decided to take it a step further by asking chefs at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen to read reviews of their own restos. How'd it go?
