Alright, David Chang: your ramlet was pretty cool. But with all due respect, a pair of Denver chefs just trounced you in the breakfast ramen game. Those dudes would be Lon Symensma and Ryan Gorby, who're opening a new street-food spot, Cho77, in Denver tonight. Ahead of the grand debut, we got a peek at their inspired bacon, egg, and cheese ramen. The bowl features a broth made with ham hocks and Parmesan rinds, two miso-maple bacon strips, a garnish of pickled mushrooms, and eggs, of course. If you're lucky enough to be in Denver right this second, you can pick one up starting at 4pm for $14. And if not, don't stress -- something this good is bound to sweep the East and West Coasts in no time.
