You know what's better than regular stuffing? One billion dollars. You know what's better than stuffing, and almost as good as one billion dollars? This cinnamon roll stuffing, which is coming at you courtesy of Dan Whalen at The Food in my Beard. Also, it's significantly easier to make than one billion dollars.
Whalen decided that regular stuffing is great and all, but it would totally be ameliorated by the addition of cherrywood-smoked bacon, cinnamon buns, and sugary icing. The sweet-and-smoky flavors are outta this world, and you can even get the recipe for it right here (as well as more stuffing... stuff at Stuffing & More), if you so choose. So... definitely choose to do that. Before Thanksgiving, preferably.
