Deep-Fried Sriracha Is Set to Make Jalapeño Poppers Forever Obsolete

After deep-frying all the importantboozes, Amy of Oh, Bite It! has set her sights on the hot sauce of the people: Sriracha. Employing a technique that's served her well in the past, she combined the sauce with a bread base (this time, cornbread mix) and then dunked it all in oil. The deep-fried bites apparently pair well with blue cheese or ranch dressing (go figure), and she further recommends some side celery "for cool-crunching."
