Sure, we're all human beings at the cellular level, but take one look at the food we eat and it becomes clear that people can be completely different depending on the country they're from.

In recognition of this universal truth, a recent AskReddit thread asked folks from around the world one simple question: "What food is loved in your country, but hated and ridiculed elsewhere?" The resulting responses were chock-full of bizarre foods -- both in the "that's strange, but I'd try it" sense, and the "get that thing AWAY from me" sense.
