The Super Bowl is upon us, and a lot is expected of you and your stomach on the second-biggest eating day of the year (behind Thanksgiving). Time to get out of shape again, so you can house 20 wings, two bowls of chili, an entire dish of seven-layer bean dip, two slices of pizza, and, of course, beer. But worry not: we're here to help you train. Start with a humongous biscuit & gravy, then go for extra points with Skittles wings. The ball might be deflated, but you sure as hell won't be.

4. Biscuit & Gravy

Harvest (address and info)
Louisville, KY
Approximate calorie count: 919
Why yes, that biscuit is the size of your face, and yes, you're going to eat the entire thing. Because really, what else would you possibly use to lap up all that rich, creamy sausage & chorizo gravy? (A crazy straw!) Good thing this place is farm-to-table, so, basically, even though there are calories, they don't count. That's how farms work, right?
Get over to Louisville now so you can try all their best dishes...

3. Italian Beef Sandwich

Al's #1 Italian Beef (address and info)
Addison, TX
Approximate calorie count: 1,000
They say secrets don't make friends, but Al's beef is dry-roasted in a secret blend of spices & natural juices, and, let us tell you, we've never wanted a new BFFAE more. Said beef is tossed on a soft roll before you choose how much of the distinctively delicious gravy you want ladled on top (we recommend dipping the whole damned thing in it). Don't forget to BYOB: bring your own bib.
Dallas has a load of tasty new restaurants you've gotta try immediately...

2. Pann's Belgian Waffle & Wings

Pann's (address and info)
Los Angeles, CA
Approximate calorie count: 1,237
Ordering a Belgian waffle at a diner is classic, but, besides basically dumping an entire sundae on top, there's only one other thing that can improve it: fried chicken. And '50s-style Pann's offers just that. Four crispy, golden-fried wings rest atop a fluffy waffled throne accompanied by its loyal subjects -- melted butter and hot maple syrup, obviously -- to create your new favorite breakfast.
There are way too many spots that serve insanely good chicken & waffles...

Skittles Wings

1. Skittles Wings

Approximate calorie count: 6,000
Our recipe editor's wing game is strong, just like Marshawn Lynch's after he eats a bunch of Skittles. In honor of the Seahawks making it to the Super Bowl for the second year in a row, we took it upon ourselves to dream up this out-of-control version of football's favorite snack. These wings are beer-marinated, battered, fried, and coated in a Skittles-infused sauce. Yup, those colors are au natural... naturally from those Skittles, that is. Taste the rainbow!
Better start crushing up those Skittles so you can have these on game day...
