The Super Bowl is upon us, and a lot is expected of you and your stomach on the second-biggest eating day of the year (behind Thanksgiving). Time to get out of shape again, so you can house 20 wings, two bowls of chili, an entire dish of seven-layer bean dip, two slices of pizza, and, of course, beer.
