Fruity Pebbles cookies put Cookie Crisp to shame
Though most squares only eat their cereal in a bowl of milk, we know from experience that it's a versatile food. (Lucky Charms ravioli, anyone?) And nowhere is that more apparent than in these Fruity Pebbles cookies, which a kindly Redditor shared to make your post-Labor Day week more bearable.
The cereal-studded cookies require little more than some basic cookie ingredients (eggs, vanilla, etc.) and the Hanna-Barbera breakfast cereal of champions to make. Plus, the whole process is so simple, even Barney Rubble could figure it out. First you make the standard cookie dough, stirring in some Pebbles as the final addition. Next you sculpt your usual balls of dough, and roll them in even more cereal (this time, crushed) for extra fruity flavors. Finally, you bake for about 10 minutes at 350°F. You could eat them right away, or you could do the right thing and pair them with a batch of Cinnamon Toast Crunch snickerdoodles.
