Health is wealth but Taco Bell is life. Thankfully, you can have both -- health and Taco Bell that is. According to Lindsey Janeiro, a registered dietician who spoke with Women’s Health, “Taco Bell has a surprising number of healthy options." She notes that this is because Taco Bell has "an in-house registered dietitian who oversees the whole menu and works to remove additives and preservatives, artificial flavors and colors, high-fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oil, and reducing sodium across the menu.”

So despite your New Year's resolutions to eat healthier, you can still happily coexist with Taco Bell. Here are eight healthier Taco Bell options next time you want to live mas.
