Mac 'n cheese burritos are the least authentic Mexican food ever

Furthering the de-traditionalizing of Mexican food that recently gave us Flamin' Hot Cheetos Burritos, the chef at Oh, Bite It! is has come up with the Mac-n-Cheese Burrito. The recipe is so simple, we're surprised it took this long to become a reality: just whip up your favorite mac, add in the optional green chile, and then roll it into a burrito that gets fried in a pan of oil until golden. Between this and the bacon weave mac 'n cheese taco, Macaroni Mexican is set to become a very important niche cuisine.
