Pizza Hut's Hot Dog Crust Pie Is Real, and There's a Pretzel Version Too

The rumors were true: Pizza Hut is bringing its insane hot dog crust pizza stateside, only instead of having a plain old hot dog in the crust like the international version, the US variety of this large, single-topping pie will sport 28 hot dog bites (cocktail weenies, if you will) baked into the crust.

What's more, there'll be a pretzel-crust version in addition to the regular one, and both of these dippable pies will come with a side of French's mustard instead of the standard mustard drizzle. Is it Christmas? Because it sure feels like Christmas.

This most American of pizzas will run you $11.99, and it will indeed be available starting June 18th as previously reported. Pizza Hut's making 1.5 million of these babies, and will offer 'em until July 11th -- or until supplies run out. Pick one up, and let all those limeys, aussies, and canucks know you'll need a ride to the hospital after your hot-dog-crust-induced heart attack.
