Bao-ser's Castle Burger combines White Castle, Asian food, Mario puns

After dipping its toe into the gravy-drenched cuisine of Canada with a poutine burger, PornBurger is picking up culinary cues from around the globe with a beef tongue burger that also serves as a White Castle and Super Mario touchstone. The Bao-ser's Castle Burger does slightly resemble those sliders Harold and Kumar lost their minds over, but the ingredients are decidedly Asian -- an onion soup-braised beef tongue patty, green onion slices, grilled pork belly, rice vinegar pickles, and hoisin mayo on a steamed bao bun. It has nothing to do with Bowser besides the name, but don't hate the punner, hate the wordplay game.
