There's a reason the guys over at Philly's PYT were featured on our Best Burgers of 2013 list twice, and it's not that our writer got burger amnesia halfway through writing it. These guys are consistently churning out some seriously innovative, insanely awesome burgers -- and their new fried PB&J Bun Burger is no exception. The catch: It's only on the menu until the end of January. So book a flight now.
Conceived after a raucous night of New Year's debauchery (just like you!), the burger's got two kettle chip-coated, deep-fried peanut butter & jelly sandwiches as buns, a banana/Sriracha-marinated beef patty, and a crown of applewood-smoked bacon to make a sandwich that might just cause the ghost of Elvis to rise.
Also definitely disappearing? Your commitment to your New Year's resolution. We hardly knew ye.
