While you impatiently await the arrival of an actual Canadian poutine chain stateside, one North Carolina pub has raised the bar of poutine greatness. And by "greatness" we mean "meat content". Redditor thatpoliscinerd alerted us to this incredible creation by Winston-Salem's Quiet Pint Tavern, which subs cheese curds for mozzarella and gravy for a ranch demi-glace. The coup de grace, though, is the pile of NC pulled pork and fried egg on top... yet another sterling example of our ability to fatten up already gluttonous foods.
