Ramen poutine has noodle fries, miso gravy, your attention
When Culinary Bro-Down came up with the sushi corn dog, we were amazed, but were also a little miffed that it didn't have a good side item. We shouldn't have worried. Behold: Ramen poutine.
Mr. Bro-Down, possibly inspired by the Vulgar Chef's poutine sushi, created his riff on Canada's famous fried slop using "fries" made from blocks of noodles. Things got even more complicated with his custom miso oxtail gravy -- especially since the Metric system still doesn't have a measurement for oxtails -- but it all ended with a pretty amazing bowl of Ramen poutine, complete with scallions, cheese curds, hot sauce, and a soft-boiled egg on top. This, friends, is how you unite nations.
