Ramen sushi unites Japan's two most delicious foods

Because he couldn't let his friend Culinary Bro-Down get all the ramen glory this week, The Vulgar Chef has upped the stakes with a new batch of ramen sushi rolls. Excuse us, bacon-wrapped, Sriracha-doused ramen sushi rolls.

This is how it's done: boil ramen with half a cup of shredded cheese. It's going to come out super sticky, so add plastic wrap (sprayed with Pam) to your sushi mat before you lay the noodles and a slice of seaweed down. Roll it up with some kimchi and scallops, before rolling it all up again... with bacon. Slap on Sriracha and fresh basil and behold: ramen sushi. Jiro never dreamed of anything this good.
