Hot off its heart-stopping (probably literally) burger bracket, SoCal's Slater's 50/50 is resuming its regular burger of the month program with the Surf & Turf. This burger grabs one Old Bay-seasoned Brandt beef patty, one whole lump crab cake, and then dumps Brussels sprouts salsa, a parmesan crisp, roasted red peppers, and garlic aioli on top of them both. Oh, plus there's a brioche bun to keep things (somewhat) tidy. Have fun with this one, seafood freaks.
