The man behind Culinary Bro-Down appears to be on a quest for fried food domination, and he might've just won it in a one-two punch. His first hit was the funnel cake burger, but now he's knocked us flat out with his latest creation: the sushi corn dog.
This recipe snubs your usual frank for three uncut spicy tuna rolls ("from your cheapest, dirtiest local supermarket") on a skewer. After coating them in a batter containing, among other things, Sriracha and furikake, you simply deep fry for 2-3 minutes. Culinary Bro-Down recommends dipping the finished frankenfood in spicy kewpie mayo, but if you're just going to cover it in more Sriracha, we won't tell anyone.
