Breakfast sandwiches usually mean some sort of egg, meat, and cheese concoction that, no matter what you say, will not make your hangover easier. But now you have an equally caloric, significantly sweeter option in strawberry cheesecake waffle bars. The treats belong to Anna Yang of The Baking Spoon, who made mini waffles into a whole meal through some creative stuffings. Each strawberry "waffler" gets a nice smear of cheesecake filling and strawberries in the middle, as well as a sprinkling of chopped nuts and melted chocolate on top. Yang further recommends refrigerating the bars until the chocolate sets, but that requires an extra step, so we'll take her word for it that the chilled chocolate is extra delicious and deal with mouth burns that come with impatience.
