Bacon cannolis are the dessert of destiny for pork-lovers
Now that you've stuffed a bacon weave with one whole taco and mac 'n cheese, the next obvious step is to consult a cardiologist stuff it with ricotta. The ever-inventive Vulgar Chef just dropped the salty-sweet dessert to beat with his bacon cannoli, and, lucky for you, it's easy to make.
All you have to do to replicate his masterwork is make a bacon weave, cut it into a circle, wrap it around your closest cannoli tube, and shove it in your oven to bake. Though a true bacon cannoli should stick to the ricotta-and-chocolate chip stuffing, the chef also recommends filling your pork cannoli shells with mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, or another bacon cannoli. Whichever you choose, make sure your cardiologist is on stand-by you'll be satisfied.
