Trader Joe's has turned their delicious cookie butter into a cheesecake

Besides Two-Buck Chuck, Speculoos Cookie Butter is probably the biggest celebrity to come out of Trader Joe's. People have already channeled it into personal kitchen projects, and now TJ's is getting in on the action with an official frozen Speculoos Cookie Butter Cheesecake, available nationwide.

While this dessert was announced late last month, people are just starting to take notice as it's snuck into various TJ's locations. Starting at $6.99, the vanilla cake is repping Speculoos in two exciting ways: in the crust, which is made out of Speculoos cookies, and in the top layer of smooth Speculoos Cookie Butter. The first wave of reviews has been unsurprisingly positive, with taste-testers praising its balanced flavors and sexy looks. Go grab one yourself before looters hit the Trader Joe's freezer -- and don't pay any mind to that loud idiot who calls you basic for it.
