When you've stumbled onto something good, you run wild with it. Edison did it with electricity, the Internet did it with Nicolas Cage, and now Canada's doing it with poutine. Just how wild are we talking? Poutine burger wild.
A burger chain in Canadaland called Triple O's just added a crazy take on the country's cheese curd-and-gravy fries delicacy to its menu. The poutine burger consists of a 100% Canadian beef patty, bacon, thick cut fries, cheese curds, gravy, and chipotle mayo. They also give you an extra side of gravy, because Canadians are endlessly considerate, and drape a pickle over the bun. (At least if this photo is to be believed.)
The purveyors of this mesmerizing new foodstuff are located almost exclusively in British Columbia, so it's up to you, Seattle. We're counting on you guys to smuggle these things over the border. Don't let us down.
