The Vulkan Pizza Crams All Your Favorite Toppings on to One Pizza

Meet the Vulkan pizza. It's about to put a death grip on your stomach.

The calorie bomb hails from the Nya Gul & Bla pizzeria in Piteå, Sweden, and makes asking, "What should I get on my pizza?" obsolete. The Vulkan's answer, of course, is everything. That includes bacon, pepperoni, steak, French fries, an original copy of the Magna Carta, dipping sauces, and even a salad. OK, one of those things doesn't belong. It's the salad.

Nya Gul & Bla chef Halmat Givara told BuzzFeed UK that while the pizza was just recently shared on the pizzeria's Facebook page, it's actually been filling up patrons for two months.

“We sat down and thought that the restaurant was in need of something new, something that would catch people’s attention," Givara told Buzzfeed UK.

Well, it's worked, to the tune of more than 13,000 likes and 3,000 shares on that photo alone. And really, no matter how much you like a pizza that contains all those toppings, you should share it with others. That's exactly what people are doing on social media.

While the massive pizza will only set you back $15, as the Local reports, Piteå is 500 miles north of Stockholm, and unfortunately, doesn't deliver around the world. But as with any other innovation, the Vulkan pizza already has numerous copycats, all around Sweden. And it's sure to garner more outside the Scandinavian nation.

It's only a matter of time before the Vulkan pizza invades American dinner plans, just like IKEA shelves invaded American apartments. And is that such a bad thing?
