The "walking taco," a variation of Frito pie (which we chronicled here), is probably one of the greatest-ever innovations in the world of snacking. It takes all the messiest elements of nachos and chili and puts them in a portable, easy-to-make, and -- most importantly -- practically spill-proof container. So why hasn't this method been applied to other snacks?
