The LES grilled cheese experts will now serve you pasta & cocktails

Bringing on full waiter service, reservations, a hugely expanded menu, a "baller cheesemonger" (is there any other kind?), a new chef from La Grenouille, and a mixologist doing beer & wine cocktails, the tiny LES shop is now pushing well beyond just the grilled cheese that provided a wonderful pun for their name. New dishes include housemade pastas like ravioli filled w/ Asiago & butternut squash, plus fresh bread-stuffers like the Apple Pie Grilled Cheese with salted apples, brown butter, cinnamon, sugar, and 1841 Havarti from Calkins Creamery in PA.
